### 5.2 Pricing
- Free Tier: $0
- Premium Monthly: $6.99/month
- Premium Annual: $49.99/year (saves 40%)
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
### 5.3 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- We do not store or process payment information directly
- Billing is managed by Apple/Google in accordance with their terms
### 5.4 Auto-Renewal
- Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- You will be charged 24 hours before the renewal date
- Cancel anytime through your App Store/Play Store account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
### 5.5 Free Trials
- We may offer free trials of Premium features
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before trial ends
- Only one free trial per user
- Previous subscribers are not eligible for free trials
### 5.6 Refunds
- Refund requests must be made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- We do not process refunds directly
- Refunds are subject to Apple/Google refund policies
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law

- Access the Service through any means other than our official App
Content Misuse:
- Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit generated briefings
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or branding
- Create derivative works for commercial purposes
- Share Premium content with non-subscribers
- Use briefings to train competing AI models
Harmful Activities:
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in fraudulent activities
Prohibited Content:
- Use the Service to spread misinformation
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
